Himaanshi Ispat is located in Richmond Plaza, specifically at F-3 on Residency Road. This area is always buzzing with people and cars. We work with steel and iron products, which means there’s a lot of talk about weights, grades, and delivery schedules. It’s not the most glamorous job, but someone has to do it. The office is tucked away in the plaza, and it’s where we handle all the orders and talk to the suppliers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest prices. Sometimes the internet acts up, which makes things a bit slow, but we manage. We’ve been at this location for a good amount of time now. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know how the routines go. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some desks and old filing cabinets filled with invoices from the last decade. It gets a bit dusty with all the papers, but it’s a working office. We focus on getting the materials where they need to go. If a truck is delayed, we're the ones trying to track it down. It’s practical work. We deal with builders and contractors mostly. They just want their stuff on time. We try to keep things straightforward without any fuss. It’s just a regular business day for us here at Residency Road.
