HIGHTEMP VAC AERO PRIVATE LIMITED

If you head into the 2nd Phase of Peenya Industrial Area, you’ll find us at 1C. It’s a big gray building that’s been our home for HIGHTEMP VAC AERO PRIVATE LIMITED for quite some time. This area is always buzzing with activity, and we are right in the thick of it. Inside our place, it’s mostly about the furnaces and the vacuum systems. It gets quite hot, especially in the summer months when the sun beats down on the metal roof. We spend our shifts monitoring gauges and making sure the temperature is where it needs to be. It’s a lot of standing around and waiting for cycles to finish, then a scramble of activity when a batch is ready. Our floors are concrete and have their fair share of cracks and oil stains from years of use. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those modern office perks. There’s a small room for breaks where we keep a kettle and some biscuits. Most of the guys here have been working with heat treatment for their whole lives, so they can tell if a machine is acting up just by the sound it makes. It’s a specialized kind of work, but to us, it’s just the daily grind. We deal with a lot of metal and a lot of heat, and that’s about it. People know us by the sign on the gate.
