21st Century Casting

You can find us at 83 Yelahanka New Town, right near that Corporation Bank ATM. It’s a noisy part of town, which fits us okay because casting metal isn't exactly a quiet job. We have the furnaces running most of the day, so it gets pretty warm inside, especially during the summer months. It’s a bit of a gritty environment with the sand and the metal scraps, but that’s just how a foundry is. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow up around us. We don’t have a big marketing team or a shiny office. Mostly, we’re just back there in the shop making sure the molds are right and the metal is pouring like it should. We do a lot of different parts for various people. Some are small, some are a bit bigger. We just take the orders as they come in. Sometimes things don’t come out of the mold perfectly, and we have to start over. It’s a learning process even after all these years. We just try to keep our heads down and get the orders out the door. The ATM nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We’re usually there early in the morning before it gets too hot. It’s a lot of physical work, but we’re used to it. We just like making things that last and seeing the finished pieces stacked up.
