3A Composites India Pvt Ltd is up on the 7th floor of Brigade Towers on Brigade Road. We are at suite 707. Being in Brigade Towers means we have a decent view of the area, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. The office is right near the Gheekanta Cross Roads and Relief Road, so it’s a very central spot. We work with composites, which is a lot of technical talk and materials handling. The office is full of samples and brochures that explain what different materials can do. It’s a bit more formal than some other places because of the building, but we’re still just a regular team inside. We spend a lot of time on emails and talking to suppliers. The elevators in this building are always a wait, so we’ve learned to be patient. It’s a clean space, but it’s definitely a workspace, not a showroom. We have our meetings around a table that’s slightly too big for the room. Everyone just brings their own mug and we get to work. Brigade Road is always loud and colorful, so it’s nice to step out for a walk after a long day. We don't do anything too fancy; we just focus on the materials and making sure the orders are correct. It’s a solid place to work.
