Helpline Consultancy Services

Our office is located on the second floor of building 314B, right on 20th Main here in Koramangala. If you know the 80Ft Road area in 8th Block, you know it stays pretty noisy throughout the day. Helpline Consultancy Services has been operating from this spot for a while. We spend a lot of time on the phones or sitting at our desks going through files. It’s not the biggest office in Bangalore, but it fits what we need. We have a small tea area in the corner where most of the talking happens. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine I guess. Working in consultancy means we deal with a lot of paperwork and people asking for help with various things. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will probably look up from their computer to say hello. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and pens. We try to keep some order, but when things get busy, it’s a bit of a mess. Being in Bangalore-95 puts us near a lot of good food spots, so lunch is usually the highlight of the day. We are just regular people trying to keep things moving along for our clients. It’s basic work, but it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized.
