We’ve been at 163 Bommasandra for a while now, right near the Canara Bank in Talegaon Dabhade. It’s a busy spot. Most days we are just busy with the machines. Making precision parts isn't exactly quiet work, but we got used to the sound of the shop floor long ago. We have a small team here. People usually just show up, grab their tea, and get to it. Sometimes the traffic near the bank gets a bit much, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to park. The shop isn't fancy. It's mostly just metal, oil, and the tools we use every day. We don't spend much time on the office side of things because the real work happens out back. If you walk past, you’ll probably see a couple of us standing near the entrance taking a breather. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just the workspace and the benches where we check the dimensions. Sometimes a machine acts up and we spend half the day fixing it, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve known the neighbors for years. It’s a decent area to work in, even if it gets dusty. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day except Sundays.
