Heads & Brains Consultants Pvt. Ltd is situated at 1182, 6th Main, in the D-Block of AECS Layout. That is over in Kundalahalli, Bangalore. It’s a fairly busy area with a lot of IT folks around. We do consulting, so a lot of our time is spent in meetings or on calls. The office is on a street that has some trees, which is nice when it gets hot. We have been in this building for a while now. It’s a practical space with enough room for our small team. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just come in and we get to work. AECS Layout is a good spot because there are plenty of places to grab a quick meal nearby. We aren't big on corporate slogans. We just focus on the consulting work we have in front of us. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when deadlines are close. We just try to stay focused and get through the pile of work. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for years, so we are used to the pace here. The office has some old chairs that we should probably replace, but they still work. We don't really do much to promote ourselves; we just let the work happen as it comes. It's a simple, honest way to run a consultancy in Karnataka. We stay busy enough with the projects we already have on our plates right now. The commute can be long.
