We've been at 303 Tapkir Lane in Jayanagar 7th Block for a while now. It’s a busy part of town but we like the spot. Head Hunters (India) Pvt Ltd is just us working on finding people for jobs. Most days are spent on the phone or looking through resumes. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We help companies find staff and help people find work. Some days are slow and others are really hectic. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done. People come by to talk about their careers and we try to give them straight answers. We've seen a lot of changes in the job market around here. Being in the 7th Block means we have good food nearby for lunch. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or complicated processes. We just look at what a company needs and see if we know anyone who fits. Sometimes it works out fast, sometimes it takes ages. That's just how the recruitment business goes. We stay busy with the paperwork and making sure everything is handled right. If you’re around Tapkir Lane, you’ll see our sign. We are usually in by nine and stay until the work is finished for the day. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There is always someone here to answer the phone during the week.
