The building, Lal Sai Mansion, has been around for a while. We have our routines, opening up in the morning and getting the systems ready for the day. There’s a lot of counting, checking forms, and talking to people about their accounts. It can get a bit loud when the lobby is full, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything, just the counters and the desks where we work. Our team here is used to the pace. We try to keep things moving so people aren't waiting too long in the heat.
