Our spot is at 23/1 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. It’s a decent-sized place for what we do, though we have filled it up with all sorts of things over the years. RT Nagar is a lively neighborhood to be in, and our street gets a good amount of foot traffic. We have a small porch area where we sometimes sit in the mornings before it gets too hot. The interior is mostly filled with desks and shelves. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or anything, so we just sweep it out ourselves every morning. It’s got that lived-in feel, with stacks of paper and old mugs sitting around. We have been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but we like it that way. The walls are painted a light color that has faded over the years. We spend our days answering the phone and talking to people who drop by. There is a lot of chatter from the street that comes through the open windows. We don't use any complicated systems for our work, just the basic stuff that has worked for us for years. It’s a comfortable place to be. We usually close up when the streetlights come on. The neighborhood has a good vibe and we feel like we are part of the scenery here. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing.
