Basavanagudi is one of those areas that still feels like old Bangalore in some ways. We are situated at 60/1 on Jorden Road. It is a busy little stretch of road. Being near Cha Point means there is always a bit of a crowd nearby, usually people looking for a quick tea or something to snack on. That’s pretty much the vibe around here. Harshi Super Sandwich is just a small part of this neighborhood. We see a lot of students and office folks walking by throughout the day. The building at 60/1 isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. On some days, the sun hits the street just right, and it feels quite pleasant, though the dust from the road can be a bit of a nuisance. We aren't trying to do anything fancy. It’s just a place on Jorden Road where things happen every day. People stop by, they talk, they move on. Basavanagudi has that rhythm to it. You get used to the sound of the traffic and the specific way the street looks in the rain. It’s a practical location for us. Being close to Cha Point is a landmark most people recognize, which helps since the numbering on these old roads can sometimes be a little confusing for anyone who isn't from around here. We just keep the doors open and get on with the daily routine, making sure things are ready for whoever walks through the door next.
