Our shop is at number 120/1 in Vekatala, right there on the Airport Road. If you are driving toward the airport and see the Brigade Honda car showroom, we are very close to that. Yelanka is a busy part of town these days with all the new buildings going up. Harsha Steel India is just a basic place where we deal with metal all day. The noise from the road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. We have a lot of steel rods and sheets lying around, and it’s a bit of a workout moving them from the trucks to the back. We don’t have an air-conditioned office or any comfortable sofas. It’s just a place of work. We get a lot of dust from the traffic and the construction nearby, so we are always cleaning things off. My hands are usually a bit dirty from the iron, but that’s the trade. We aren't interested in making things look pretty for a brochure. We just focus on having the right stock when someone needs it. It’s a straightforward business. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up, open the shop, and see what the day brings. Being near the main road helps people find us, even if the traffic is a bit of a headache sometimes. It keeps us on our toes for sure every morning.
