Harmony Placements

Harmony Placements is based out of JP Nagar, right at number 48. We have been here for a good few years now. The office is basically just a room with several desks and a lot of cabinets filled with resumes. We spend most of our day talking on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for work. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don't have any fancy software to do the work for us. We just read through the papers and try to see who might be a good fit for which job. Sometimes it's hard because there are more people looking for work than there are jobs available. We try to be honest with everyone who comes in. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine for guests. Usually, people just sit on the plastic chairs we have against the wall. JP Nagar is a nice area, and we like the local tea shop down the street. We go there at least twice a day. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't have any big corporate mission. We just want to help people find a way to earn a living. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but it’s what we do. Some days are long, but that’s just how it is here. The filing never seems to be fully done.
