Harmony Placement

You can find Harmony Placement over in Jayanagar 9th Block, right in the Kapasia Bazar area at number 104. It’s a lively spot to be in. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few desks, some landline phones that have seen better days, and a lot of notebooks where we scribble down names and numbers. People walk in through the bazar and find their way up to us. We spend a lot of time listening to stories about why someone needs a job or why a company needs a new worker. It’s a lot of matching things up. Sometimes it works out quickly and other times we have to look through our files for weeks. The bazar outside is always noisy with people shouting and bikes honking, so we usually keep the door shut to hear ourselves think. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. We have a stack of newspapers on the table and some old pens that only work half the time. It’s just a regular local business. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and we usually get our lunch from the stalls nearby. It’s a good community to be a part of, and we just keep doing our bit every day. The work is steady and it keeps us busy enough that the days don't feel too long.
