We run this PG accommodation right above S P Traders on Koramangala B T Kawade Road. It’s a decent sized building and we’ve been renting out rooms to students and office workers for a while. Mostly it’s just people looking for a quiet place to sleep after a long day at work. We have both shared and single rooms available depending on what’s free at the time. The stairs can be a bit steep, but you get used to it. We keep a simple kitchen where people can cook their own meals if they want to. It’s not a hotel, just a place to stay with basic furniture and a roof over your head. I’m usually around if someone has a problem with the plumbing or needs a spare key. We try to keep the place clean, but with so many people coming and going, it’s a constant job. The location is good because the bus stop isn't far and there are shops right downstairs. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address 15/2. Most people find us through word of mouth from other tenants. It’s a busy street but inside the rooms, it’s usually okay. We don't ask for much, just that everyone follows the basic house rules and pays the rent on time. It’s a straightforward living arrangement for people on a budget who need to be in Koramangala.
