Hari Nivas Pg Accomodation

If you go down to Narasimharaja Colony and look next to the Syndicate Bank, you’ll find us at number 30. We’ve been running this PG for quite some time. It’s a Category 1 building, which basically means we try to keep it decent for the people staying here. We have rooms for students and working men who need a place to sleep that doesn’t cost a fortune. It’s not a hotel, just a regular house turned into a living space. We see people come and go every few months. Some stay for years. We handle the daily stuff like making sure the water is running and the rooms are swept. The area is pretty quiet, which is nice for the guys who work late shifts. Being right next to the bank makes it easy for people to find us. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone’s friend tells them about a vacant bed and they show up with a suitcase. We sit in the small office area near the entrance to take the rent and write out receipts. There are no fancy amenities here, just a bed, a fan, and a place to keep your things. We try to keep the food simple and edible. It’s just how things are run in a local PG. Most evenings, everyone is just tired and wants to rest. We also have a small area out front where people park their scooters, though it gets a bit tight if everyone is home at the same time.
