The walls are covered with all sorts of colorful cases and charging cables. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are inside at once. We spend a lot of our time peeling off old screen protectors and putting on new ones. It’s delicate work. Gandhi Nagar is always full of people, so there is constant noise outside the door at S B Marg 87. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when things are quiet, which isn't often. We don't do much marketing. The sign outside is bright enough to bring people in. We see a lot of different people every day, from students to grandmothers who can't get their apps to work. We just help them out and get them on their way. The shop isn't fancy, just some basic lighting and a lot of stock squeezed into a small space. We just try to keep everyone’s phones working so they can stay in touch.
