H T M Mobile Phone Service is out in Bheemanahalli Village, located at plot number 27. It’s a bit of a different world out here compared to the crowded city shops. Things definitely move a lot slower in the village. We mainly spend our time fixing mobile phones for the people living right here in the village and the folks working on the nearby farms. People come to us when their screens get cracked in the fields or when their phone battery just won't hold a charge anymore. Since we are in a small village, we pretty much know every single person who walks through the door. Usually, it's just one person sitting at the workbench with a magnifying glass and a small soldering iron. We don’t have any of those fancy diagnostic machines you see in the mall, just years of experience fixing things by hand. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for specific spare parts to arrive on the bus from the city, but folks around here are generally quite patient about it. The shop is small and it can get a bit warm in the humid afternoons, but we keep the old ceiling fan running. We don’t have a website or any social media pages. If someone has a phone problem, they just walk over to the shop or send one of their kids down with the device. It’s a quiet life, and we honestly like it that way. We just want to help.
