H T M Enterprises is located at 6 Cottonpet, which is one of the oldest parts of the city. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how tight the streets are and how much is always happening. We deal with various goods and supplies, so our day usually involves a lot of moving boxes around. The building we are in is quite old and the space inside is a bit cramped with all the inventory we have to keep on hand. Trucks try to come in early in the morning before the streets get too clogged with people and carts, but even then, it’s a bit of a squeeze. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by to pick things up. It’s not a fancy office at all, just a desk, a couple of chairs, and stacks of paperwork everywhere. We take our tea breaks at the small stall just down the lane. The air is always full of the smell of the market and the sound of people shouting. It can be quite stressful when several deliveries arrive at once, but we’ve learned how to manage the chaos over the years. We just keep things moving as best as we can, making sure everything gets to where it needs to go without too much trouble.
