H R Source

H R Source is located right in Sector 68, over in Sahakara Nagar. We have been in this spot in Mohali for a few years now. The office is at number 46, and it’s a pretty straightforward place. We deal with people looking for work and companies needing a hand with their staff stuff. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, matching people up, but we stay busy with it. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for when we have to sit down and go through piles of resumes. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building, just a local team trying to help people find where they fit. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just us catching up on emails. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks and a lot of coffee being drank. People come to us when they are stuck or just starting out. We try to give them a straight answer without all the professional jargon you hear elsewhere. It's practical work. We’ve had a few different people come through these doors, and it’s always interesting to see where they end up. Mohali is a good place to be based, especially in Sector 68. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every day. It's not always perfect, but we try to keep moving forward without making things more complicated than they need to be.
