Our office is on the second floor at 7 BTM Layout 2nd Stage in the Anand Nagar area. A very easy way to find us is to look for the water tank bus stop, as we are right nearby. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but it also keeps us away from the direct noise of the traffic. We deal with human resources, which mostly involves talking to people, sorting through resumes, and helping companies find the right staff. We have been in this location for a long time and have become a regular fixture in the neighborhood. The office is functional and a bit old-fashioned, with plenty of filing cabinets and a few desks scattered around. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us will just greet you when you walk up the stairs. BTM Layout is a busy place, and there are always people moving around, which makes it a good spot for an HR office. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or conducting interviews in our small meeting space. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who comes to see us about a job, whether they are looking for work or trying to hire someone.
