We are located at number 0 in Vijaya Nagar, on the 2nd floor of the building right behind the Manuvana Bus Stop. Being so close to the bus stop means there are always people around and lots of traffic. Our center is where people come when they are looking for a job or need to learn some new skills for their career. We have rooms set up with tables and chairs for the training sessions. It’s a straightforward place with a lot of activity. We spend a lot of time looking over resumes and talking to people about what kind of work they are looking for. The 2nd floor keeps us a little bit away from the street noise, but you can still hear the buses pulling in and out all day. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. People come here because they want to improve their chances of getting hired. We try to help them understand what companies are looking for in a new employee. Sometimes the office gets quite full when a new batch of students starts their course. We manage the schedules and try to make sure everyone gets the attention they need. It’s a lot of coordination between the trainers and the people who are looking for placements. We’ve been in Vijaya Nagar for a bit and it’s a good spot because it is easy to reach.
