We set up H M Telecom right near Hennur Cross because this part of Kalyan Nagar is always busy with people moving around. Most of the day is just spent fixing cracked screens or helping someone get their SIM card working again. It is a small shop, so it gets a bit crowded when three or four people are waiting at the counter. We have the usual stuff like chargers, earphones that don't break in a week, and some basic phone cases. It isn't a high-end showroom with glass floors or anything like that. Just a simple place where you can get a recharge done or find a cable that fits your old phone. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors who stop by. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for the systems to catch up. Hennur Cross has a lot of dust from the traffic, so we are constantly wiping down the display glass. People come in asking for second-hand phones too. If we have something decent, we show it. We don't do much advertising. Most people just know we are here because they walk past us every day on their way to work. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting for the next repair job to come in. We keep a few chairs for people to wait. It gets loud outside with the buses, but inside it's okay. Just a regular mobile shop doing its thing without any fuss.
