H K G N Mobile is located at number 10 in the Chikballapur Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation area. Being in an industrial zone means we get a lot of workers coming in during their lunch breaks or right after their shifts end at the nearby plants. They usually have phones that have seen some rough use, so we do a lot of screen replacements and battery swaps. The shop is pretty basic. We have a few stools for people to wait on while we check their devices. I keep the tools organized on a small bench behind the counter, though the wires always seem to get tangled up anyway. It’s a bit out of the way if you aren't working in the MIDC, but we have a loyal following from the factories around here. We don't sell many high-end gadgets, mostly just the stuff people actually use every day to call home or watch videos. The air around here can get a bit smoky, so we keep the glass door shut most of the time. We aren't a big corporation, just a small shop trying to help people stay connected. Sometimes we run out of specific parts and have to wait for the courier to come from the city, which can take a day or two. People here understand how it is. We just do our best to get their phones back to them as fast as we can without overcharging. It's hard work but it pays the bills for us.
