We’ve been here in Malleshwaram for a while now, tucked away in VS Lane. It’s a tight spot and finding parking is always a headache for anyone coming by. The shop isn’t much to look at, just some desks piled high with motherboards, old monitors, and tangles of wires that we haven't sorted in months. Usually, there’s a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, so we spend half the morning just wiping down the glass counters. People bring in laptops that have seen better days, usually with coffee spilled on them or screens that just won't light up. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. You just stand by the counter or sit on the one plastic stool we have while we take a look at what’s wrong. It gets pretty loud outside when the afternoon rush starts on the main road, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of cooling fans and someone clicking a mouse. We keep a small kettle in the back for tea because the days can get long when a repair doesn't go right the first time. Sometimes we stay late because a job is harder than it looked, but that’s just how it goes with electronics. It's a busy part of the city, and we're just trying to keep up with the broken tech that comes through our door every day. Most people know us by word of mouth since we don't really bother with big signs.
