Our office is on the 1st Floor of the BDA shopping Complex in Koramangala. If you have ever been to the complex, you know it is a bit of a maze with all the different shops and stairs. We are at No 3A/4. It is a practical space where we handle the day-to-day business for the Gujarat State Handloom Handicraft Development Corporation Limited. It is not a fancy showroom with bright lights, just a regular workplace where we keep track of things. Being in Koramangala means there is always a lot of noise from the street and people moving about the complex. We get a lot of deliveries and paperwork coming through. Some days are quite slow and we just sit and drink tea while organizing the shelves, while other days are a bit of a rush. The building itself has seen better days, but it is a central spot that everyone knows. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we are mostly focused on the items we manage and getting them where they need to go. It is a government-related setup, so there are a lot of files and old-fashioned ways of doing things. We just try to stay organized in the middle of the Koramangala bustle. It is a steady job and we have a small team that has worked together for years.
