Gse Software is tucked away in the L&T South City Apartments on Bannerghatta Road. Specifically, we're in B-4, 1603. It's a bit different working out of an apartment complex compared to a regular office park, but it works for us. Bangalore is full of tech companies, and we’re just one of the smaller ones trying to do good work. Bannerghatta Road is always packed, so being in South City is actually pretty convenient. We do software stuff, mostly coding and fixing things that don't work right. Our team is small, so we all know each other well. There’s usually a pot of coffee going and a lot of typing sounds in the background. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know someone who works here. It’s a quiet environment, which is good for focusing on the screen. Karnataka is a big hub for what we do, but we try to keep our corner of it simple. We spend most of our time just looking at lines of code and trying to make sense of things. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and you can see the lights of the city from the window while we finish up the last few bits of work.
