Gruh Finance Ltd

Our office for Gruh Finance Ltd is located in Jayanagar 9th Block, specifically at 115/48 on the C Main road. We are on the first floor of the building in the East End area. It’s a fairly quiet office where we spend most of our time looking at files and talking to people about their housing loans. We aren’t like those big banks in the city centers with glass walls and uniforms. Here, it’s more about sitting across a desk and trying to figure out the numbers. People come to us when they are trying to buy their first home or maybe make some repairs to an old one. The paperwork can be a lot, so we spend a good chunk of our day helping folks fill out forms and making sure they have all their ID proofs ready. It’s a lot of scanning and filing away documents in the cabinets. Jayanagar is a nice neighborhood, and we like being part of the community here. We see the same faces every month when they come in to check on their accounts. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what is possible and what isn't. It’s a steady kind of work, focused on the small details of finance that help people get their own place to stay. There is always a lot of tea drinking and discussing the latest neighborhood news while we wait for the printer to finish its job. It's just a regular office day for us every time.
