Our office is Growwell Hr Solutions, and we are situated on the 2nd floor, units 33 and 34, on Hennur Main Road. We are right above the Canara Bank, which makes us pretty easy to locate if you’re in the area. It’s a busy stretch of road with lots of shops and people. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is basically a few rooms with desks, computers, and a lot of telephones. It’s usually pretty noisy with people talking to candidates or clients. We don’t have any fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get work done. We help people find jobs and companies find staff. It’s a lot of sorting through resumes and making calls. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so be prepared for the stairs. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the day. The team is small, just a few of us who’ve worked together for years. We know the local job market pretty well. We don't promise anything impossible. We just look at what a person can do and see where they might fit. It’s a lot of back and forth. The view from our window is just the traffic on Hennur road. It’s not much to look at, but it keeps us connected to the city. We’re just regular people trying to help other people find their way into work.
