Growthmap International

Our office is located at William Towns, right on the second floor of building 202. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character and the stairs keep us moving. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. The area around here is usually quite active with people going about their business. Inside the office, things are pretty straightforward. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a small area where we keep the kettle for making coffee in the afternoons. Growthmap International is basically just us sitting around doing our work, talking through projects, and trying to stay on top of our emails. It’s not one of those offices with a gym or a fancy lounge. We just have our workstations and a couple of windows that look out over the street. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, especially during the rush hour, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like being in William Towns because it’s central enough to get anywhere else in the city without too much trouble. Most days are just spent looking at data on our screens. We don’t have a big reception desk or someone to open the door for you; if the bell rings, whoever is closest just gets up to see who it is. It's a practical way to run things and we prefer it that way. Most of the time, it is just us and our computers.
