Growell Hr Soultions Pvt Ltd is located at 7/1, 1st Cross in Ganesha Block. We are right on Dinnur Main Road in the R.T.Nagarpost area of Bangalore. It’s a busy spot with lots of shops and people moving around. We do HR work, helping people find jobs and helping companies find workers. It’s busy work because there are always people looking for something new. Our office is a bit small, but we make it work. We have a lot of files and a few computers that are always humming. We don’t really have a dress code or anything formal like that. Most days we are just wearing regular clothes and trying to get through our to-do lists. R.T. Nagar is a good place to be because there is always something happening. You can hear the traffic and the street noise from our windows. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on being okay at what we do and people telling their friends. It’s a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood grow. It’s not a fancy corporate life, but it’s our life.
