Grilled In Colors

You can find us at 25-8 on Varthur Main Road in Ramagondanahalli. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially during the commute hours. Grilled In Colors is our little spot where we spend most of our time. It’s not a high-end restaurant with white tablecloths. It’s more of a local place where the grill is always hot and the kitchen is always a bit chaotic. We started this because we liked the idea of having our own place. Usually, the day starts with cleaning the grills and getting the ingredients ready for the lunch rush. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us and a couple of helpers in the back. The smoke from the grill sometimes drifts out to the street, which I guess lets people know we are open. Ramagondanahalli is a growing area and we see a lot of new faces along with the regulars. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about cooking food and serving it to people who are hungry. Sometimes we get the orders wrong or things take a bit longer than they should, but we try to fix it. We don't have a marketing budget, so we just rely on people walking by and smelling the food. It’s a simple life and we are just happy to be working on Varthur Main Road. We keep a radio in the kitchen to pass the time while we prep.
