Greyflex Hr Consulting Services is situated at 2 25 Shivasad A Street, right on the 5th Cross in Malleswaram. This is an old part of Bangalore, so the streets are lined with trees and there is a lot of history around us. Our office is in a building that has seen better days, but it has a lot of character. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. It is a lot of HR work, which means plenty of emails and phone calls every single day. We are a small team and we sit pretty close together. The 560003 area is quite peaceful compared to the rest of the city, which we like. Sometimes we walk down to the local shops to get some snacks or just to stretch our legs. There are always stacks of folders on our desks because there is always another person to interview or another form to fill out. We don't use any high-tech systems, just our computers and a few notebooks. It is a practical environment where we just focus on getting the right people for the right roles. The fans hum all day and we usually have the windows open to catch a breeze. It is just a normal office life in a quiet part of town. We do our work and try to keep things as organized as possible.
