Grand Palate

Grand Palate is situated right inside Hotel Brigade Royale at No.35. If you know Bangalore at all, you are probably familiar with Brigade Road. It is one of those places that never really seems to sleep. We are located directly opposite Dubai Plaza, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us in the 560001 zip code area. The street outside is always packed with people shopping or just walking around to see the sights. From where we sit, we see the whole city go by every single afternoon and evening. Being part of the hotel means we deal with a lot of travelers as well as local folks who are just out for the day. It gets pretty loud outside with the horns and the crowds, but that is just the character of this part of town. We have a set routine that we follow every day to get things ready. We do not spend a lot of time on advertisements or social media. Most of our visitors are people who are already on Brigade Road and happen to see our sign. It is a practical setup for us. Some hours are very quiet, which gives us a chance to clean up and rest, and then suddenly it gets hectic again. We just show up, do the work, and keep things moving. It is a simple way to run a business in a busy city.
