Gpt Steel Industries Ltd is based out of the Spring Beauty Apartments on ITPL Main Road in Brookefield. It is a busy part of Bangalore, as anyone living here knows. We handle a lot of steel work and the office is usually quite full of paperwork and people coming in to talk about orders. We started out small and just kept going. The area around Brookefield has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are so many new buildings now. Our space in D-803 isn't a massive showroom or anything fancy, just where the main work gets done. Most days we are just coordinating with different sites and making sure things get delivered where they need to go. Working with steel is heavy business and it takes a lot of time to get everything right. Sometimes the traffic on ITPL Main Road makes things difficult for deliveries, but we manage. We’ve been around for a bit and people in the neighborhood mostly know where to find us if they need something. It’s a straightforward operation. No big speeches or complicated stuff, just getting the steel orders processed and out the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. It gets loud sometimes with all the activity. That is just how it is when you're dealing with industrial supplies in a city like Bangalore. We try to keep things organized despite the constant rush of the day-to-day tasks.
