Goyo Convention Consultants & Tour Organisers is located at number 25 in Koramangala. This part of town is always busy and full of energy, which kind of fits what we do. We help out when people have big meetings or need to plan a trip for a large group. It started out small but we’ve stayed in the same spot for quite a while now. Planning a convention isn't easy because there are so many moving parts like seating and food and where everyone stays. We also do tour organizing because people often want to see the sights after their work meetings are finished. Our office is a bit cluttered with maps and old event brochures but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us here in Koramangala. We just talk to people, hear what they need, and try to make it work. Sometimes things go wrong with the weather or a bus is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a lot of phone calls and emails every day. We aren't a massive agency, just a local team trying to keep things organized for our clients.
