The business is located at 53 Ganganagar within the Shah Estate. We are quite close to the Ganganagar Extension, which has been growing a lot lately. Shah Estate is an older group of buildings, and our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out. There’s a small patch of grass out front that I try to keep tidy, though the city dust usually wins. Inside, the walls are covered with old maps and a few photos of the family. It’s a quiet place most of the time, which is good for focusing on the tasks at hand. I usually get in around eight in the morning and start by sorting through the mail and the messages from the day before. The desk is a big heavy thing that I got from a friend years ago. Ganganagar is a nice part of town, not too loud but close enough to the main roads to be convenient. I don't use any fancy software or big systems, just a ledger and a pen for the most part. Sometimes people from the extension stop by to ask for directions or just to chat for a bit. It’s just me, Goswami A, running things here. I don't have a big mission or a glossy brochure, just the daily work that needs doing. It’s a steady life and I’m happy to be right here in the estate. We stay open until the sun goes down most days and the work is done.
