Golden Transport Co

Golden Transport Co is situated over at 3 Chamrajpet, right on the Bannerghatta Road. We are in the Country Club S S S Building, which is a fairly easy landmark to find if you are navigating the heavy traffic around here. The transport business means we are always dealing with schedules and the constant movement of goods. Bannerghatta Road is usually packed, so we spend a lot of our time checking watches and talking to our drivers on the phone to see where they are stuck. Inside the office, things are pretty basic—lots of clipboards, some worn-out chairs, and the sound of the ceiling fan clicking overhead. We deal with a lot of paperwork because everything has to be logged and tracked correctly for the logs. It gets a bit hectic when multiple trucks are trying to coordinate at once, and the noise from the street never really stops. We have some regular people who come in for their logistics needs, and we usually have a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. It is the kind of place where people talk loudly over the sound of the traffic outside. We don't worry much about the decor; we just focus on getting the loads from one point to another. It is hard work and the days are often long, starting early before the heavy traffic hits the main road and ending late after the last delivery is confirmed.
