Golden Furniture

Golden Furniture sits right on Silver Jubilee Park Road, specifically over in T P Lane. If you know the area near the Townhall City Center, you know how crowded it gets around here. It is a lot of noise and people moving about all day. Our shop is packed with all sorts of things, from wooden chairs to cupboards that take up a lot of floor space. Sometimes it’s hard to even walk through the aisles because we have so much stock tucked into the corners. We spend a good chunk of our day moving heavy pieces around so people can actually see what they are looking at. The dust from the road comes in whenever the door is open, so someone is always holding a cloth to keep the tables looking decent. T P Lane is quite narrow, which makes it a real hassle when a truck comes to drop off new inventory. We usually have to hurry and unload everything before the traffic builds up behind the vehicle. It is just the way things work in this part of town. Most of the time, we are just sitting here waiting for the next person to wander in from the City Center crowd. It’s a straightforward job, dealing with wood and hardware and trying to keep the place from looking like a total mess. We have been here for years and the furniture just keeps piling up in every available corner.
