Gokul Raj Logistics

Gokul Raj Logistics is located in Chamrajpet A, right beside the company petrol pump on Shyamal Cross Road. It is on that big 100Ft Wide Road 2, so there’s plenty of space for the trucks to pull over and wait. The location is actually pretty convenient because of the petrol pump being right there. Our office is a simple place with a few benches for the drivers and a desk where we handle all the logbooks. It gets pretty noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time checking the fuel receipts and making sure the routes are planned out properly. It is not the kind of place where you’ll see anything high-tech. We mostly use regular notebooks and a landline phone that has been there forever. We like to keep things practical. When someone calls to ask about their shipment, we just look through the papers and tell them what we see. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working through the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or the road is blocked, but we just find a way around it. It is a bit of a grind, but we enjoy the routine of it. We’re just here to move things from point A to point B.
