Gokaldasexports

Gokaldasexports is located over at Aradhana Apartments in Bangalore. It’s unit 203 if you’re looking for it. We’ve been in the S.T. Bed Layout part of Koramangala for quite a long stretch now. This neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on our exports. There’s always a lot of boxes and samples lying around the office. We deal with clothes and materials, so there’s always bits of thread on the floor and scraps of fabric here and there. The office is inside a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make coffee, and someone usually brings in biscuits to share around ten in the morning. Koramangala is a busy area, but our specific street on Srinivagilu 2nd Main is a bit tucked away. Sometimes the courier guys get lost finding the right gate. We’ve been doing this for years, just moving products from here to there. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We don’t really do big meetings. Usually, we just talk across the desks when something needs to be sorted out quickly. My desk is right by the window where I can see the trees. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always on full blast. Most of us have been here a long time, so we know how everything works. It’s a steady kind of life, just making sure the shipments go out on time.
