Gnosis Placement

Gnosis Placement is basically just us working out of Brindavan College in Bangalore. Being on a college campus means we are always surrounded by a lot of energy and young people running around to their classes. It’s a bit different than being in a regular office building downtown. We spend our days in a space that’s pretty simple, with just the basic stuff we need like phones and computers. You can usually hear the bell ringing for classes or students talking in the hallways outside our door. Sometimes we grab lunch at the college canteen, which is always crowded and noisy, but the food is decent enough for a quick break. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy entrance. We are just part of the furniture here at the college. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and printouts. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits or act like we’re in a high-pressure boardroom. We just talk to the people who come in and try to stay organized with all the paperwork. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, so we keep the windows open a lot, even if it means a bit of dust gets in. It’s a very grounded way to work, being right there where the students are. We just keep things moving along without making a big fuss about the whole thing.
