Globo Media Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd is based over in Ulsoor at number 339. It’s an interesting part of the city to work in. There is a lot of history in these streets, and the lake is just a short walk away. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s a regular building that’s seen a lot of years. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We don’t have any of those modern office perks like gaming rooms or catered lunches. We usually just bring our own tiffins from home and eat together at the main table. It’s a casual vibe. Most days we wear jeans and t-shirts. We’ve been at this location for a good amount of time. We’ve seen the neighborhood change as new buildings go up around us. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet slows down, and we just have to wait it out. That is just how it is sometimes. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small group of people who actually enjoy working together. There is no corporate ladder to climb here. We just help each other out when someone is stuck. You can often hear the sounds of the street from our windows. It keeps us connected to what’s happening outside. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just a local business doing what we do from our spot at 339 Ulsoor. It’s a simple life, but it works for us.
