Global Search Consultants

We are set up over in Hoysala Nagar, specifically on 3rd Main and 5th Cross in Dodda Banaswadi. The address is 16, and it’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the neighborhood. Global Search Consultants is basically just a group of us who spend the day looking for people to fill specific roles. It’s a lot of searching and calling around, which can be tiring but it keeps us busy. The office doesn't have much in the way of bells and whistles. We have our desks, some telephones, and a lot of notes stuck to the walls. Banaswadi is a nice place to be based; it’s got a good vibe and plenty of spots to grab a quick snack during the break. We don't go in for big marketing talk or anything like that. We just look at the requirements and see who fits the bill. Sometimes it takes all day to find one right person, and other days things just click. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s what we do. The 3rd Main road gets a little crowded with parked bikes sometimes, but we’ve managed okay. We’ve been doing this for a while now from this same spot. It’s a straightforward operation where the main goal is just getting the job done without too much drama or unnecessary paperwork getting in the way.
