Global Ready Chicken

Out on Hebbal Road, specifically at Phase III B2 324, is where you will find us. It is an industrial kind of spot. Not the place you go for a casual stroll. We have a lot of cooling equipment running all the time. The hum is something you just get used to after a while. We are mostly focused on the birds and getting them ready. It is a lot of cold water and hard work. Everything has to be handled just right. The floors are always wet because we are constantly cleaning. We wear rubber boots and heavy aprons. It is not a glamorous business, that is for sure. We get the deliveries in early from the farms. The trucks pull up to the loading bay and we start the process. It is a routine we have perfected over time. We don't have a big office or a reception area. If you come by, you just see us working. The area around B2 324 is full of other businesses like ours. We all just keep to ourselves mostly. The traffic on Hebbal Road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We try to get our main work done before the roads get clogged. It is just a straightforward operation. We do what we do and then we go home. The smell of the place stays with you even after you leave, which my wife complains about. But that is the nature of the job at Hebbal Road. We just keep our heads down and work.
