Gilbert Tweed Associates

Our office is tucked away on 14th Cross in Vignananagar, inside the Bandhu Krupa building. If you know Kuvempu Road, you know it can get pretty packed during the morning commute. We’ve been here for a bit, handling executive searches and things like that. It’s a quiet enough street once you get off the main road. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, a small space for tea, and plenty of folders. Gilbert Tweed Associates might sound like a big name, but here in Bangalore, we’re just a small team working through our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing up reports about different candidates. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop in to say hello. It feels more like a house than a stiff business center, which we actually prefer. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long presentations. Most of what we do is just talking to people and trying to figure out who fits where. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice enough that we keep the windows open, though the dust from the road can be a bit much. We’ve got a routine down now, starting early before the heat picks up. It’s just us, doing our bit in this corner of the city, trying to keep up with all the changes happening around Vignananagar.
