Giancarlos Place

Our place is over on Walton Road, which is tucked just off Lavelle Road. It is a bit of a hidden spot in the 560001 area. Bangalore is always changing and getting busier, but this little corner feels a bit more settled than the main roads. We have been here at No.13 for some time now. It is not a massive space by any means, so things can get a bit cozy when there are more than a few people inside at once. We spend our days mostly managing the space and making sure every chair and table is where it should be. The traffic on Lavelle Road can be a real nightmare sometimes, so we have become very used to the constant sound of car horns in the background. We do not have a big staff with fancy uniforms. It is just a few of us making sure the place is kept up. We get a lot of people who work in the nearby offices coming in during their lunch breaks. It is a pretty straightforward operation. We open the doors, do our chores, and handle whatever comes our way. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore catches everyone off guard, and we have people ducking in just to stay dry for a few minutes while the storm passes. We do not mind at all. We just keep doing what we do. There is no big secret to how we run things.
