Gf 41

Gf 41 is basically our address and our name too, which makes it easy to remember. We are located in the Textile Colony in Gandhi Nagar. If you walk into the colony, you will find us at ground floor 41. The whole area smells like new fabric and sometimes dye. It is a busy place with people carrying rolls of cloth on their shoulders or on little carts. Our shop is just one of many in this maze of textile businesses. We have our space filled with whatever we are working on at the moment. It is a ground floor spot so it is easy to move things in and out. Gandhi Nagar is always humming with business especially in the mornings when the new shipments arrive. Gf 41 is a practical space without any extra frills. There are a couple of chairs and a big table where we handle the work. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the threads and fibers flying around in the air. A fan keeps going in the corner but it doesn't do much when the heat really picks up. Being in the Textile Colony means we are surrounded by people who do the same kind of work. It is a community of sorts. Every day starts with opening the shutters and getting to work like everyone else around here. It's a simple life and we don't expect much more than a good day of work. We just keep the lights on and the business moving along.
