Gerson Lehrman Group

We are based at the Purva Panorama Apartment on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. Specifically, we are in Flat No. PA-202 in the A Block. It is a bit different working out of an apartment complex instead of a traditional office building, but we actually prefer it. It is located in Kalena Agrahara, which is a part of Bangalore 76. Gerson Lehrman Group is what we are called, and we handle a lot of expert networking and information tasks. The office feels more like a home than a corporate suite. We have a kitchen where we make tea and a living area that we use for casual meetings. It is a relaxed environment where we can focus on our work without the usual office distractions. We don't have a big sign on the building or any promotional banners. Most people find us through the address and then call us when they are at the gate. Bannerghatta Road is always packed with cars, so we appreciate having a quiet place to work once we finally arrive. The team here is small and we all get along well. We don't use any fancy corporate language or have long meetings about goals. We just take the calls and manage the projects as they come in. It is a practical and honest way to work in a city that is usually very loud and fast. We like the balance here.
