Generalist-Human Resources

Our office for Generalist-Human Resources is tucked away on the 2nd floor of number 8, right on 5th Main in KR Gardens. It’s Murugesh Pallya, so it’s fairly central but still has that neighborhood feel to it. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to people and their jobs. Hiring, paperwork, dealing with problems that pop up, that’s our daily life. Being on the 16th Cross makes it easy for folks to find us once they get into the garden area. The building is okay, nothing too modern, but it does the trick for what we need. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to candidates. It’s a lot of listening, really. Bangalore is full of talent, so there’s always someone new walking through the door or calling up. We don’t use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just help manage the staff and make sure the rules are followed so things don't get messy. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit of a mess, but we’re used to it by now.
